Nearly 500 farmers, belonging to various outfits such as Sanyukta Kisan Morcha, Akhil Bharatiya Gurjar Parishad and Kisan Sabha, staged a protest outside Samsung’s manufacturing plant in Phase 2 and demanded that the company fulfil the “promise” of giving jobs to 1, 000 youths from local villages of Gautam Budh Nagar.
