Reliance Communications (RCom) has told the Supreme Court on Monday that its spectrum trading deal with Reliance Jio Infocomm (Jio) will be in jeopardy if the telecom department does not accept a land parcel as security instead of bank guarantees for repayment of earlier dues, and clears the spectrum trading pact.
