Industry association for telecom infrastructure providers TAIPA on Wednesday said that the telecom infrastructure policy brought out by Uttarakhand government is more or less aligned with Right of Way rules, however it imposes sharing fee of Rs 5000 per service provider which is not as per RoW 2016 rules.
