A consumers rights body Save Consumer Rights Foundation has filed a public interest litigation (PIL) in the Supreme Court against the telecom department, alleging that the government’s refusal to take 'coercive action' against telcos, who have not paid their statutory dues, is in contempt of the top court's verdict in the adjusted gross revenue (AGR) case verdict.
