State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) will receive a sovereign guarantee worth Rs 15,000 crore, following the revival package, approved in October 2019, according to the Department of Economic Affairs.
