India achieved a record 6.9 billion app downloads, growing 30% quarter-over-quarter, during the second quarter of 2020, putting it much ahead of countries like the US, Brazil and Indonesia, according to data from Sensor Tower. This is the highest after the numbers reached 5.3 billion during the same period (May-June) in 2019.
