Bharti Airtel has suggested setting up an “Optic Fiber Regulatory Authority” for faster, transparent, and economic roll-out of fiber in India. India’s second largest telco by subscribers Sunil Mittal said that the authority will ensure optimum utilization by effective sharing among service providers.
