India’s mobile phone production this fiscal to March 2021 is set to come very close, if not match, last fiscal’s output of devices worth Rs 2.14 lakh crore, despite a 45-day shutdown in factories due to the pandemic with popular brands such as Xiaomi, Realme and Vivo ramping up production and hiring more personnel.
