Tamil Nadu: Telcos flout Trai benchmark in customer care service & refunds

If you have spent ages trying to get across to a customer care representative of your telecom operator, you are not alone. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) has found that three telecom operators in Tamil Nadu have failed to meet its benchmark of key performance indicators during the peak lockdown period.
