The debate between the multinationals with Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei and ZTE on one side, and the domestic vendors such as Vihaan Networks, Sterlite Technologies and Tejas Networks have further snowballed following the BSNL's Rs 9,000-crore worth equipment procurement for network expansion and deployment to kickstart commercial fourth generation or 4G services.
