Telecom and IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has described vandalism at the plant of Apple’s contract manufacturer Wistron on the outskirts of Bengaluru as unfortunate, and said while India is happy that large companies are expanding their footprint in the country, it needs to be done in an “orderly manner and free from discord”.
