In 2019, 164 cases of cyber crimes against children were reported while in 2018, 117 cases of cyber crimes were committed against children and 79 such cases were registered in 2017. Even though the number of cyber crime cases committed against children in 2020 remain small, its rise from 2019 is alarming.
