"We request to look into the conduct of broadcasters which is the most important reason for local cable operators to not be able to roll out the NTO 2.0," S Raju, secretary, SCOWA said, adding that the broadcasters have a liberty to price channels while the regulations should be in the interest of all stakeholders.
