The webinar and awareness session on ‘Electromagnetic Exposure from Telecom Towers and Related Public Concerns’ was organized as a part of DoT’s public advocacy programme to make the citizens aware of myths regarding the health effects of radiation from mobile towers. It also discussed the need for mobile towers to build reliable telecom infrastructure.
