The regulator also rejected the DCC view of combining the roll out obligations for the 3300-3670 MHz and 24.25-27.5 GHz bands. It also disagreed with the DoT’s stance that valuation of spectrum should be done at shorter intervals or before every auction – even if held annually - to factor in changes in technology or unsold airwaves.
