Trai chairman PD Vaghela confirmed that work on the new system will begin within a few months and also mentioned that the name as per KYC will flash whenever someone calls. He even added that Trai was planning to develop such a mechanism and now with the specific reference from DoT, the telecom regulator will start the work soon.
