The DoT has some big-ticket claims in the form of one-time spectrum charges (OTSC), adjusted gross revenue (AGR) and the Rs 3,050 crore penalty on Vi and Airtel. Currently, hundreds of small internet service providers (ISPs) and national and international long distance licence holders hold small dues and have defaulted on making statutory payments.
