The deal has been signed between Dc Development Noida Private Limited, an entity of Adani Enterprises Ltd and Raiden Infotech Pvt. Ltd, an entity of Google Inc. Google will pay Rs 235 sq ft per month as rental with 1% escalation at the end of every 12 months.
