The retailers, with more than 1,800 large format stores and a cumulative revenue of more thanRs 20,000 crore, sent a letter to Samsung India Electronics managing director JB Park on Monday under the banner of Association of Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances Traders. It said they "will not purchase any QLED or Neo QLED from Samsung till such time" that they "do not get a concrete assurance that such predatory practices will not be repeated again and the perpetrators of such actions are not shown certain tough actions".
