As per Counterpoint Research, the long-tail brands accounted for 26% market share in Q2, as compared with 18% a year ago. It added that besides growth at Apple, OnePlus, Infinix and Tecno, Indian brand Lava’s shipments surged 53% on year in the April-June period.
