The Department of Telecommunications will seek the sector regulator’s suggestions on pricing the satellite spectrum to be allocated via the administrative, or ‘non-auctions’, route after the new Telecommunications Bill is passed by Parliament, the official added. "The mandate though is that all spectrum will be auctioned, with a few exceptions."
