As part of the rules, the government has also notified a mechanism whereby any entity can voluntarily disclose the breach of rules it may have committed and what measures it has taken or proposes to take to mitigate such a breach. In case the adjudication officer accepts the voluntary undertaking, no action shall be taken to the extent of non-compliance.
