Sources said the project consists of six residential blocks that are 10 floors (ground floor included) each as well as two additional blocks for utilities, spread over 20 acres within the company's large premises in Sriperumbudur, which houses their manufacturing plants. The dorms have a total capacity of 18,000 beds.
